Hi, it's Lizzie and this week I realised something amazing. I probably sound really dumb that I've only just realised this but this week I realised that if you put your hair in a bun and leave for a few hours or overnight it makes your hair wavy/curly. I realised this after I'd had my hair in a messy bun and left it in overnight (cause I couldn't be bothered to take it out). It made my hair wavy and I got super excited because I've got such thick hair it never goes wavy/curly. After this I searched on youtube heatless hair curls and I don't usually do this because I just use a curling iron or straighteners. I tried one of the heatless curling methods out, called the headband curls and it was fab and even got my super stubborn thick hair into curls. So that was my tip for this week go try out headband curls, and if you have any other heatless curling methods that you think are good please comment. Also tell me what you think I should post next week.
Bye,

Christmas-Lush!
Hi there,
I decided to do another post today since even though not a lot of people saw the one I put yesterday I still really enjoyed doing it and it made me feel a lot better about myself. And even if my blog only helps one person, I'm still happy that I've helped that person.
So today I've decided to talk about the Lush Christmassy products. Lush is probably my favourite shop in winter because I just get so excited when I see all of the new special items that they bring out and I always like to have baths in winter rather than summer. To be honest I probably spend a little more money than necessary in Lush (oops), I have like a little adrenalin rush every time I go in there (which probably sounds really weird). Anyway in this post I'm going to be telling you all my winter favourites in Lush.
Golden Wonder bath bomb- My all time lush favourite, it smells so good ( I'm not very good at describing things, sorry). It's basically a gold sparkly present and when you put it in the water it turns your bath turquoise and sparkly!
Northern Lights bath bomb- More towards Bonfire night than Christmas but it's amazing. It looks like a long, purple stick and when you put it in the water, loads of colours pour out of it and it turns your water purple with little stars in.
Sparkler bath bomb- Again more towards Bonfire night. It is the same shape as Northern Lights but is yellow, and when you put it in your bath it turns the water yellow and sparkly, and again smells amazing.
Granny takes a dip bath bomb- I don't know if this is really aimed towards Christmas or if this is around all year but I bought this because it looked really cool. I'm not that mad about the scent because it just smell like lemon but it looks fantastic and has lots of different colours.
Snow fairy shower gel- This is just a must have a Christmas time. Lush's classic snow fairy is amazing if you like really sweet scents.
Melting snowman bath melt- this snow melt is just the cutest thing and makes your skin feel really soft after you've used it.
So there are some of my Christmas Lush favourites, if you have any favourite please leave them in the comment as I would love to know also if you like this post then please follow my blog as I will be posting more things like this. Also I'm new to blogging so if you have any tips please comment them.
Thanks,
Lizzie x

Anxiety and Panic attacks!
Well hello!
I've decided to start writing this blog, the reason for this is that I've got so many thoughts and feeling that I need to share but I'm too nervous to say them out loud. So that's why I'm going to be totally myself on this blog and I know what I just said sounds really cheesy and everyone says that but everyday I feel like I'm screaming and no ones listening!
iv decided to make my blogs about beauty, fashion, my life and general teenage girl issues. I know that probably no ones reading this right now but for you who are I hope this blog makes you happy.
I suffer with anxiety and occasionally have panic attacks, I know lots of people suffer with this too especially teenage girls. So here's my story!
When I was little I didn't have any worries and I was really confident with speaking out loud or to other people. But since then, when I was twelve I started getting really anxious and I didn't know why. I had been riding since I was four and loved it but had to stop it because I got really anxious everytime I went. I tried to force myself to go for a whole year and tried to be more confident but there was just nothing I could do. I gave up. Recently I had a panic attack, I was in Primark with my parents and it was really busy and then I was looking around to see what to buy and everyone was loud and I felt like I was trapped and couldn't get out. I had to get out the shop quickly.
Next week I promise I'm going to write more of a happy, lighthearted blog!
But if anyone's reading this and has anxiety or panic attacks please leave your story in the comments.
Thanks,
Lizzie x
